Oobit, a crypto payments app backed by Tether, has unveiled a global off-ramp solution enabling instant conversions of digital assets like,, andinto fiat currencies. The infrastructure—powered by Distributed Technologies Research (recently acquired by Bakkt)—routes transactions through local banking rails including ACH and SEPA.

The MOVE targets cryptocurrency's perennial liquidity problem: cumbersome cash-outs. Users can now bypass centralized exchanges entirely, converting 25+ tokens directly from self-custody wallets to bank accounts. Real-time fiat amount previews aim to eliminate settlement uncertainty.

‘This isn’t just about faster withdrawals,’ said a company representative. ‘It’s about making crypto behave like any spendable currency.’ The service currently supports major currencies (USD, EUR, MXN) with plans to expand across- and-listed assets.
